Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and reach you in 3–5 working days. Today only: free delivery on every order, no minimum.

Question 2

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. You can also pay online at checkout if you prefer.

Question 3

Which cities do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We ship to every city and town in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad and everywhere in between.

Question 4

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a confirmation with your tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your parcel is booked with the courier. If you have not received it, message us at casebazaarpk@gmail.com or on Instagram @case_bazaar._ with your order number.

Question 5

Which iPhone models do your cases fit?

Accepted Answer

Our iPhone cases in Pakistan cover iPhone X right through to iPhone 17 Pro Max, including the mini, Plus and Air models on selected cases. Pick your exact model on the product page — every case is moulded for that specific device, so the camera cut-out and buttons line up properly.

Question 6

What is the difference between the silicone, clear MagSafe and matte translucent cases?

Accepted Answer

The silicone case is a soft-touch liquid silicone cover with a microfibre lining, available in 24 colours — the everyday pick. The clear MagSafe case keeps your iPhone's original colour visible with a built-in magnet ring. The matte translucent MagSafe case has a frosted back that hides fingerprints, with metal buttons and model-specific colour options.

Question 7

Do the clear cases turn yellow?

Accepted Answer

Our clear cases use anti-yellowing TPU with a hardened acrylic back, so they stay clear far longer than cheap clear covers. Like any transparent material they will eventually age with heat and UV exposure, but you should get many months of clarity out of them.

Question 8

Do your cases work with MagSafe and wireless charging?

Accepted Answer

The clear MagSafe, matte translucent MagSafe and Iceguard cases have a built-in magnet array and snap straight onto MagSafe chargers, wallets and car mounts. All of our cases — magnetic or not — work with standard Qi wireless charging.

Question 9

What is the return policy on cases?

Accepted Answer

Cases come with a 7-day swap only. If the case does not fit your model or arrives faulty, message us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it. We do not offer cash refunds.

Question 10

Can I order a colour or model that is not listed?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, yes. Colours sell out fast and we restock every week. Message us on Instagram @case_bazaar._ with the model and colour you want and we will tell you when it is back or arrange it on your next order.

Question 11

Should I buy a 10000mAh or a 20000mAh power bank?

Accepted Answer

A 10000mAh PD power bank gives most iPhones around two full charges and stays pocket-sized — best for daily commuting. A 20000mAh PD power bank gives roughly four charges and can top up a tablet or laptop, which suits travel, load-shedding and long days out.

Question 12

What is PD fast charging, and can it charge a laptop?

Accepted Answer

PD (Power Delivery) is the USB-C fast-charging standard — it can take an iPhone from empty to about 50% in half an hour. Our INIU 65W 20000mAh laptop power bank outputs enough wattage to charge most USB-C laptops, including MacBook Air and similar ultrabooks.

Question 13

Do the power banks come with cables?

Accepted Answer

Several models — including the 10000mAh and 20000mAh PD packs — have four built-in cables (USB-C, Lightning, Micro-USB and a built-in USB-C connector), so there is nothing extra to carry. The exact contents are listed on each product page.

Question 14

Are power banks allowed on flights in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within the usual airline rules: power banks must go in your hand luggage, never in checked baggage, and are generally allowed up to 100Wh — which covers every power bank we sell, including the 20000mAh models.

Question 15

What warranty do power banks have?

Accepted Answer

Every power bank carries a 15-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. Outside of a genuine defect it is no return, no exchange — please check the capacity and ports on the product page before ordering.

Question 16

Are your products original?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every case and power bank is hand-picked and tested by our team in Karachi before it goes on the site. Branded stock such as INIU, ROMOSS and KZDOO is sourced as the genuine article, not a copy.

Question 17

What are your power bank and case prices in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Silicone cases start at Rs. 900, clear MagSafe cases at Rs. 800, and premium leather and matte cases run from Rs. 999 to Rs. 5,400. Power banks range from Rs. 2,400 for a 10000mAh PD pack up to Rs. 4,500 for the INIU 65W 20000mAh laptop power bank. Live prices are always shown on the product pages.

Question 18

Do you supply power banks at wholesale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We supply power banks at wholesale to shops and resellers across Pakistan. Cases are retail only. Email casebazaarpk@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @case_bazaar._ with the models and quantities you need and we will send you a quote.
