Shipping Policy

Overview

Case Bazaar delivers phone cases, power banks and accessories nationwide across Pakistan. This page explains our delivery charges, payment options, handling times and estimated delivery timelines.

Delivery charges

Our delivery fee depends on your order total.

• Order below Rs. 2,499: Rs. 150 delivery charges
• Order above Rs. 2,499: FREE delivery

Once your payment or COD order is confirmed, we dispatch the order within 1-2 business days.

Delivery areas

We ship nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and smaller towns. Remote or restricted areas may take an extra 1-3 business days depending on courier coverage. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD). Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are usually faster, while remote areas may take longer. We share a tracking number via WhatsApp or email as soon as your order is handed to the courier.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations. The courier will collect the full order amount, including any applicable delivery charges, when your package is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready to avoid delays. COD orders below Rs. 2,499 are charged Rs. 150 for delivery.

Bank transfer / advance payment

You can choose bank transfer at checkout. Once we receive and confirm your payment, the order is prepared and dispatched. Bank transfer orders follow the same delivery threshold: orders below Rs. 2,499 have Rs. 150 delivery charges, and orders above Rs. 2,499 qualify for free delivery. Account details are shared on the checkout confirmation page and via email.

Free delivery threshold

All orders with a subtotal of Rs. 2,499 or more qualify for free delivery, regardless of whether you pay by COD or bank transfer. Bundle your favourite cases or add a power bank to unlock free shipping.

Tracking and support

Once your order is dispatched we share a tracking number and courier details. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, or if your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us on Instagram @case_bazaar._ or email casebazaarpk@gmail.com with your order number.

Policy changes

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to shop with us after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
